I blacked out and woke up in the hospital

Me and a few friends went up to our local speedway and I got 2 12% bootleggers, idk what they got. Anyways we start walking around because were in the midwest and have nothing to do bc were 41🔄. So we hit up a circle K, and its at the circle K I take this bottle of wine that if I remember correctly was 12.5% and my other friend took a beatbox. Then we walk over to this park where we split the bottle 3 ways and me and one of my friends split the beatbox. After this we start trying to walk towards this elementary school and this is where my memory gets a little foggy. My friends say I kept falling over and couldn’t really walk right, but once we make it to this elementry school we were just talking on a bench and I put my head down. Next thing I know I wake up in the hospital and its 1:00am( for context I left the house around 7pm and was planning on heading home around 10-11ish). My family and friends say i was throwing up non stop and was pretty much non verbal. Anyways if anyone younger sees this don’t drink until your 21.
