3500g of paracetamol + lots of alc

This is pretty urgent and I just want to know what to do and if I should go to an hospital.

Yesterday I went out with my gf, I drank half a blastic bottle of whiskey-redbull, a blue angel, shared one violet and when I came back home I finished a bottle of nuts flavoured liquor, limoncello and wine (the bottles were only 1/4 full)

Keep in mind I’m a 16 year old male and very thin (around 56 kg) and after all that alcohol I swallowed all in one go 3500 grams of paracetamol (7 pills, 500 each)

Now it has almost been 24 hours, I can’t breathe properly and I feel like I there is something on top of my stomach and its crushing me.

What’s happening? What should I do? Can I just grit my teeth and hope it gets better during these days or should I immediately go to the hospital?

(My parents kinda suck and Im scared to talk to them but if I REALLY need to I could try)
