Questions about pain

I don’t really drink often and when I do it’s basically only 2 nippers once in a while but whenever I wake up the next day I have a pain in my right side just laying in bed, it’s not bad just feels like body soreness my question is do I have like super aids or something ??? Am I gonna die if I drink again? Like I said I only drink literally like a few times a year as I can’t really fit alcohol into my life style.
