Drank a little less than half a buzzball mega last night

Woke uo at 7am with severe stomach pain for about an hour untill I puked all over my floor, woke up at like 12 again and puked up the fluids I’ve been drinking my joints hurt and I’m shivering I’m so cold, am i gna like die I’m scsred😭😭😭
