advil and beers. yay or nay?

so I took a Tylenol at around 6am this morning to deal with a cold, but it didn’t really work the way I wanted it to so I ended up just taking 2 Advils about an hour or so ago. I was hoping to have 2-3 beers with my dinner tonight, so I’m just curious to see if it’s a good idea too or not. I know Tylenol is pretty harmful to the liver which is why I haven’t taken anymore
