Liquor Recommendations

My niece was born in 2025, my family has a tradition where on someone’s 21st bday their first legal drink is from a bottle that was made during the year of their birth, i am looking for recommendations for what is actually good for a price range of up to $200, i have never been an expensive liquor person so i am flying blind here and do not want to waste money on something that is terrible, any suggestions?
