Can I drink while on medication?

I started Zoloft and Clonazepam about 2 months ago, Clonazepam is as needed. Only taken it a couple times.

I asked my psych realistically how much can I be drinking on it and she said no more then 2-3 drinks on Zoloft, and to not drink on the Clonazepam. (I’m on 50mg Zoloft and .5mg/x2 as needed daily Clonazepam)

How long after taking Clonazepam can I drink? I just turned 21 a few months ago and not being able to drink sounds awful. I know specifically Clonazepam last for 36 or something hours in your system, and I’m planning on having at least a few seltzers this weekend.

So, should I just wait for the Clonazepam to be out of my system completely before drinking? Under the assumption that I might take another dose of it before then.
