Drinking again for the 5th day in a row???

Me and my friend (M24) both split from our girlfriends and went on a crazy midweek session from edinburgh – Newcastle – Manchester road trip. We are home now but it’s day 5 and we are going out again, it’s been a hefty hefty week, should we be worried?
