Should I be concerned about my drinking habits?

What the title says, I would appreciate a third-person opinion about this.

I enjoy drinking high percentage alcohol by myself, never that much that I get drunk and pass out, it never improves my mood, on the contrary, I figure I enjoy the numbing sensation it brings.

I only drink on the weekends (when I have time off), never when I have to work, not because I wouldn’t like to, but at first (around 2 years ago), I used to drink sometimes on an empty stomach, sometimes with 2 packages of gummy bears (love them) while skipping lunch and dinner, this screwed up my digestive system and now I can’t tolerate most food, call it dysbiosis/IBS or whatever you like.

I’ve never told anyone about this, so I’ve naturally never gotten feedback that maybe this is concerning? I consider myself a lightweight and I almost never drink outside or with others.

I personally see this habit as a way of treating myself, I have stressful work and sometimes knowing I can drink on friday/saturday is what gets me through thr week.

Am I overseeing some red flags or am I overthinking?
