Random drinking quesiton

When even I drink I drink to watch and enjoy food and show like I drink real slow I never go past the limit of my high but I drink a lot lie 450 ml and a beer bottle to end but I drink 7 to 9 hours is this bad way to drink I just want to enjoy my fav shows when drunk it gives me a special feeling
