Does anybody else stutter when they’re drunk? Is this normal?

I don’t stutter normally, unless I’m nervous or very emotionally stressed. But when I’ve gotten considerably drunk, I stutter slightly in addition to generally slurring words a bit. Does anybody else experience this? Is it normal?
