Had a panic attack and at the er they gave me 5mg Valium can I drink tonight?

Pretty much sums it up it was about 4 hours ago, I am a daily drinker so I worry about withdrawal symptoms but I know I shouldn’t mix the two. I don’t want to drink my normal 12 drinks just a little vodka to make sure I don’t keel over.
