question!! why does alcohol make my shoulder ache??

(btw, i’ve only started drinking recently (birthday) and i don’t really think i’ve gotten drunk(?), only tipsy (this is a guess))

extra context: the three times i’ve had alcohol (i had 2 of those vodka spiral shot glasses (13.9% alcohol content per thing) both times, and the third time was my mom’s fermented homebrew stuff that we forgot about for months) about 5-10 minutes after my shoulders started kinda aching? esp the left one + also, it makes my muscles feel really loose and hard to move

(i looked it up, but all the other stuff is about joint?? pain?? usually in like knees/hips/joints that support ur body weight which isnt really the issue here) is that like an allergy thing?? am i allergic to alcohol???????
