Advice on first actual drink

Hey guys , I’m 20 and I was hoping to try drinking something light , a beer , I’ve stumbled across one called Smirnoff ice and I was wondering would 1 in about 2 hours make me tipsy ( would it make me feel drunk drunk or just light headed ).
