Is there an actual cure to hangovers?
Look, I only drink socially, but lately I’ve been noticing how much more conscious people my age are (gen z), are getting about drinking. Alcohol is still part of going out and talking to people, but a lot of us seem to be trying to find some sort of middle ground where it doesn’t ruin our ability to focus at a time where attention is such a scarce resource..
Lately, it’s been on my mind a lot about how we can actually drink without any downsides. Has anyone found anything? I’m curious to know if anyone has found anything that could solve this.
As a student at UCLA, I have a little bit of experience in biochemistry, and I’ve actually found that there are ways for us to prevent it through supplements. I don’t know if any of you guys have tried home remedies. I’ve had electrolytes, random vitamins before bed, coffee in the morning. But this article is very interesting that they show that there’s actually ways to prevent hangovers through the digestive tract with giving nutrients through the skin.

And I found a company that is doing exactly this:
Curious what people here think. Has anyone tried something like this or found any routine that actually makes a difference?
