Washington State Applejack?

Does anyone know if there is a distillery in Washington State making Applejack with Washington apples using the traditional jacking process based on the differences in freezing points between alcohol and other substances? I’m not looking for apple flavored cheap vodka. I can’t believe that in a region of the country known for its microbrews and craft distilleries that no one is doing this on a commercial level.
