Help me drink please

I(21) used to drink normally before but I took a 3-4 month break from drinking. Now a beer makes me throw up. The throwing up is what ruins drinking for me, what do I do?

I still like the idea of going out on the weekend for a party but if I cant drink then its not so fun.
