Late 90s/2000s/early 2010s bud light and miller lite logos

Does anybody know who designed these? I’ve always been obsessed with the graphic design of this logo since I was a kid. Very Y2K I’d bet money they’re gonna bring it back one day to milk nostalgia like they did with the boring new logos.
