Cocktails where you can’t taste the alcohol?

Just made a Guinness and Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino and even though I used a minimal amount of coffee, my whole pint tasted of it.

Another one I’ve had that was a niche was Lucozade guava and apple Sours.

I usually drink Bud or a nice single malt, but does anyone else have any nice recipes that’ll get you wrecked with no alcohol taste?
