I don’t know what I want

When I drink, I usually just get something cheap. However, I am curious about what the higher end stuff tastes like and I don’t know where to start looking. What do you guys reccomend for me to try? I like bourbon whiskey especially but I also love wine and tequila. Thanks in advance
