what do you consider being drunk?

My parents all the time refer to being drunk as in not being able to walk, throwing up, barely being able to talk etc

I would consider drunk being dizzy, very social, saying whatever is on your head, taking risks

So what is drunk? Cus their definition id say is wasted but with my definition they’d say is tipsy
