Can I have a honest answer

Ok so I’ve just came down with a chest cold, it’s not crazy severe just a mild productive cough a runny nose and a little bit of a short breath other than this I feel absolutely fine, I planned to get absolutely hammered tonight and whilst I know it would be better to rest if I still drank lots tonight is it going to kill me lol (again I know it’s a stupid question but just wondering as I wanted to stick to my plans)
