Need recommendations

Hello. I don’t drink, but have acquired multiple gift cards to my local liquor store. I have had them a couple of years and want to go ahead and use them. I guess I’m looking for recommendations of liquors that would make up a “well-rounded” bar and things that have very long shelf life. Guess we could call it a “poser bar” lol.
