My partner has taken up a new hobby and it’s slowly killing me

My beloved has recently taken up a new hobby: brewing. He is really passionate about it, has built a “brew shed” in the garden where he spends most of the weekend, and is producing a very large amount of alcohol of various types. He’s very proud of it and I do think having a hobby is good for him. The problem is he doesn’t drink. I think he’s expecting me to drink it all, to save money and because presumably I would enjoy it. It would really hurt his feelings if I didn’t. But to be honest I get a bad headache from it, my mood is foul when I wake up in the morning, and it’s making me fat. I’m thinking about secretly tipping it all down the sink so it looks to him like I’m getting through it but that would be a terrible waste. He could give it away I suppose but the point is he’s kind of making it for me. What should I do??
