Tingling all over body after drinking

So I’m not a drinker at all ive been drunk like 3 times in my life but 2 times ive drunk ive gotten tingly sensation all over my body for hours after I have gotten drunk, I dont have alcoholic neuropathy since I dont drink often!!!! What could it be ??
