Cracker Chest?

Does anyone else get something I call “Cracker chest”. I don’t know why I call it this, this is just how I feel. I think the reason I call it cracker chest is because it feels like you just swallowed a punch of saltines, but it’s not the dehydrated part of drinking alcohol. What I believe it is is the acid reflux I feel after drinking but since I’m drunk it feels odd. Does anyone else feel this or know what it is or have a term for it? It doesn’t happen everytime I drink, but as soon as I begin to get “drunk” I start to feel it. It almost feels like my chest is a scratch off ticket or a popcorn bag being crumpled. Do yall know what I mean?
