Drinking on naproxen

Wasn’t sure where to post this but I have endometriosis and I take naproxen 500mg occasionally when I am experiencing cramps. I have an event to go to in a couple days and I was planning on maybe having a few shots, but I also need to take a naproxen before I go to the event so I’m not in pain. I don’t take naproxen very often, and I’m only drinking for that one event. so I figured it might not be that bad? Realistically, would it cause an issue? If it starts to upset my stomach would it help if I took an antacid?
