Weird beatbox taste after being unrefrigerated

I drink day old beatboxes that have half of the drink left in them all the time but today i drank the rest of a grape one from last night and it tasted and smelled super bad and weird like lowkey rotten but it was definitely closed all the way. Could it go bad this quickly?
