Would this work?

Would about 3L of pure orange juice (no added sugar, preservatives etc.), a bit of instant dry yeast and a bunch of white sugar work in making my own alcohol? I can’t get brewers yeast btw. Just wondering and also wondering if it would taste really bad and be really low in alcohol content.
