Methanol poisioning?

I bought Trader Joe’s vodka yesterday and drank about 3 large sips last night. Since then I have been a little bit nauseous and have had slightly blurry vision. I’m worried if maybe my vodka was spiked with something. I don’t remember if the cap/covering was even on. I’m really scared if I’m going to get methanol poisioning and if it’s going to cause blindness or kidney failure. Should I see a doctor before it’s too late?
