how long until breathalyzer reads 0.000

hi everyone i get breathalyzed three times a day and i’m curious if i were to drink roughly 2oz of 70% liquor, how many hours would it take for the breathalyzer to read 0.00 0 it has three values- another small zero after the second one and i’m nervous it will be able to detect it. please let me know.
