Will alcohol show up in a etg test 48 hours later

Hi everyone, I’m 22 150 pounds and I’m in a sober living program. I got granted a weekend pass for the 1st weekend of October and I wanted to have a drink at dinner that Friday. If I drink Friday night, will it show up in a lab etg test the following Sunday night ? Or is it best to just not risk it ?
