Etg experiences

So every time before this i have always heard that etg stays in your system for a max of 80 hours no matter the consumption . But now im seeing it can be up to 5 days. Has anyone had any personal experience with very heavy drinking 2 days in a row and passing after 80 hours ? Is it better to hope for the best of be honest with my p.o?
