is ethyl rubbing alcohol safe to drink when diluted w water?

ive seen that isopropyl is bad to drink regardless if diluted on different forums so i got curious if ethyl rubbing alcohol is safer to drink ? i haven’t seen anything about it in any other reddit pages. pls lmk.
