Is Drunk Driving that bad if you focus and are not blackout drunk and just starting to come down of drunkenness effects.

I just drunk drove (by serendipity not planed) and didn’t carsh or any stupid shit. If you try to focus hard and are not blackout drunk and just kinda coming down is it really that bad????
