Kind of nervous about telling my doctor about my drinking problem

I started drinking in 2022 and for most of it I’ve drank twice a week. But I’m to the point where I can finish a 750mL bottle in that week so half a bottle in a day. I’ve made sure to get lab work every year and my alt ast bilirubin platelets and all that have always been in normal range only thing occasionally out of range by .1 or .2 points is my albumin but they never find that concerning. I’ll be getting lab work done to see how my clotting factors are but I’m still really nervous about the state of my liver. I do want to tell the dr but I’m scared of getting awful news. Is it likely I’d get horrible news?
