strawberry jam alcohol

I have no idea if this is the right place and it’s probably not but I have strawberry jam (jelly) and there’s no visual smell or taste difference other then an added clean and strong ethanol smell/taste I accidentally eat some when I didn’t knew it happened and I didn’t get sick is it alright to use the rest it’s really good the jar was opened like 3 times and never again when I opened it it seemed to have been air tight it was in my fridge the entire time
