Weird hangover symptom

Occasionally, like one out of every 10 times I drink, my hangover only consists of painfully sore arms and legs. I looked it up and it said it was alcoholic neuropathy, and this is caused by long term excessive drinking. This cant be the case for me, I do not drink often (maybe once every 2 weeks at most, and I had never had alcohol before 2 years ago) and even when I get drunk I never drink excessive amounts. And yet sometimes after drinking I wake up with arms so sore they hurt, and they feel tingly like theyre almost asleep. Is this normal? I feel a little bit worried because everything online seems to point to that this is a more serious issue and not just a normal hangover.
