Best way to get a bottle of vodka shipped to Oregon

I’m trying to buy a bottle of Shark Bite Vodka as a birthday present. It seems to be sold only in the east coast. Any idea on the best way to ship a single bottle of the stuff to Oregon? USPS doesn’t ship alcohol, UPS and FedEx only ship from licensed distributors. Any suggestions?
