face red after drinking alcohol

few facts:
-skin gets easily red after scratching or rubbing, I can write on my skin, but no bumps appear and it’s not very itchy afterwards

-drank much more alcohol much faster on many occasions and had no reaction

-might have not hydrated enough this time

– not red anywhere else other than face

– not asian (slavic actually, expected my body to be prepared)

– face feels warm, not itchy or painful

would appreciate any info
