throwing up after drinking

it’s currently 1am and my last drink was at 10pm. I’m extremely emetophobic and I’m wondering if I am going to throw up. if my last drink was 3 hours is it still possible that I will throw up or has the alcohol already left my stomach. I don’t know if this is a stupid question.
