“Do you want to be disrespected?”

I ordered an Adios/AMF/Adios MuthetF*cker in Georgia. The bartender asked, “Don’t you want to be disrespected?” I asked what does that mean and she double down and said, “Don’t you want to be disrespected?” I said, “Sure why not”.

I was really wasted so I think it meant she made the drink super strong. Not sure if there were any drugs added. She didn’t spit in the drink because I saw her made it. What does it mean when they ask me that?
