My go to lately

I’m not really a whiskey gun (cognac more like it), and definitely not Irish whiskey, but few weeks ago decided to give this a shot and I’ve been loving it. Straight, room temperature, delicious.

Anyone else try this yet and appreciates the flavor as much as I do?
