23F — is it normal to go through 14 beers (12oz) in 6 nights?

I’m a part-time teacher, part-time tutor, and full-time student. I get stressed after work and just like to have a beer or two (always IPAs) usually at night. I noticed I had 14 from Friday to Wednesday (tonight). Is that normal (especially for my age and gender) or could it be a problem to my health & more?
