Anxiety when drinking

I used to drink when I was a teenager not an abnormal amount or anything but I quit drinking tk focus on smoking weed lol I’m about to turn 21 in a couple of months but just got back from Vegas wanted to drink since I wasn’t going to be able to do anything. My cousin bought me a beat box and I drank half and just felt nervous shaky and like I needed to shit lol like I was tipsy and still aware of what was going on but just had a horrible feeling then I was sick for two days like I wasn’t hung over now I don’t think I’ll drink alcohol
