Anyone „gets the shakes” after alcohol when it wears off even if it’s just one glass?

To preface this I’ve had an alcohol problem since my first drink at 16. I drink heavily but sometimes I feel like it’s because my body reacts very weird when alcohol wears off even after one drink it’s not even mental.

the initial buzz comes off and straight away I get weird faster heartbeat weird feeling like there is rustling in my body hands shaking and I become jumpy. I’m dizzy but not tired I’m never able to fall asleep after alcohol. And also become very sweaty.

And I’ve had the same experience since 16 even before the heavy drinking

Anyone experiences this?
