Tolerance and euphoria

How can i drink and keep the feeling as when i first started? I have not drank in over a year and wannna do it again. I never had a promblem with it but with every single drug i take i try to keep my tolerance low. I drink for the euphoria and the body buzz and so many people talk about how it leaves over time due to homeostasis. Can i throw this off and keep getting drunk like its my first time?
