Beer expensive

Beer has become more expensive than wine or liquor. When it comes to the cheap stuff ( I’m broke so I buy the cheap stuff), it is more cost effective to buy wine or liquor than beer. Is it bc of aluminum tariffs? Now beer has become a special treat when it use to be the opposite way.
