Favorite cocktails?

At a good resturant and for kicks ordered a Bulleit Hot Honey Straberry Bourbon Smash off the signature list. Usually I stick to old fashioneds but this thing is DANGEROUS. What do you like? Haven’t tried much with clear spirits.
