Can anyone help me date this mini bottle of Ron Bacardi Superior??

going through an old family friends house. Found several mini bottles of minerals and spirits or liquors, some old crow, wild turkey, and some seagrams, and while I can usually use the labels to tell how old those are roughly (between 1945-1960), I can’t find any chronological evidence. Besides the Tax Strip and I can’t tell what year that one is from. I think that because it’s missing the Series 111 or 112 that it’s from before 1934-45. Anyone able to help??
